| Turkeys? someone say "Turkeys?"

Seeing wild turkeys at Deercamp was sure gonna change some things.
I would begin a new type hunting that I throughly enjoy.
A new adventure begins in late turkey season 2001 when friends of mine that work for the state wildlife agency introduced me to turkey hunting. Little did I know that I would soon learn to love this type hunting as much as deer hunting. I could be out in the spring woods, enjoying the smell of crisp clean winter washed air, watching the new growth of the earth reach out to envelope me like a mother's hand.
This new time spent in the spring woods would also allow me to better see the deer trails before the leaves begin to reappear on the trees and brush. Deer trails began to jump right out of the clutter of fall to full view in the early days of spring. Now, I have an edge on em! I knew where they, the deer, have been hiding during those bleak seaosns of the past year or so..
